This “head to toe” massage is tailored to your specific needs and desires. Each part of the body will receive the attention it deserves. Hot stones will be used on the upper back and hot towels will be utilized to relax and melt away muscle tension. Essential oil blends will be diffused into the massage room for an added sedative effect.
Before your appointment you will fill out an intake form which covers various questions such as your desired pressure level, which areas you would like extra work on, areas to avoid, and so on. Your massage therapist will appreciate your feedback throughout the session, because not everyone likes the same things. At Nirvana Spa & Wellness we don’t believe “one massage fits all”. It is your valuable time, and we want you to receive the most out of your massage sessions. Your preferences will be noted in your client chart, which will ensure that you have a wonderful experience each time you visit.
